Take Part: National Survey into Women’s Experiences in Coaching

We’re proud to support Women in Sport and Leeds Beckett University as they launch the first national survey of its kind looking into the working conditions and culture of coaching across all sports and levels.

Too many women are stepping away from coaching – and we need to understand why.
Is it the culture? A lack of time? Not enough opportunities?

This anonymous survey aims to uncover the deep-rooted, systemic challenges women face in coaching – from gender bias and unequal access, to hostile environments and unmanageable work-life demands.

👉 If you are a coach – past or present, paid or voluntary, grassroots or elite – your experiences matter.
👉 Men and women alike are encouraged to take part.

🕒 It takes just 15 minutes to complete, and your voice will help build the evidence needed to make real change – for coaches today and for the next generation of girls inspired to step into coaching tomorrow.
